Delta’s Project Managers can draw on company-wide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support various components of projects, this approach ensures a breadth of support as well as a depth of differentiating expertise addressing any challenging situations that may arise during the project so they can be addressed in a timely manner with a positive outcome.
Delta provides project management expertise for each of our projects through our Project Management Office (PMO). Each project at Delta has oversight by the PMO, including schedule management and earned value analysis, project burn rate vs. scope completion is monitored closely and project status reports are generated on a weekly basis for both Delta and our clients.
Delta has functioned as Owner’s Representative for our clients, providing project management and overall project leadership for the life of a project. Serving the owner’s overall interest, as Owner’s Reps, we provide comprehensive project support, working closely with the various departments and team members as needed to ensure effective communication and evaluation of the workload, responding in a timely manner for the efficiency of the project. This approach enables the overall owner to achieve the most cost-effective and comprehensive product possible.
